Joe Coulter is an alumnus from Queen’s University Belfast, graduating in 2014 in Business Information Technology. He is an independent researcher, advocate for the arts and the founder of the 691 Initiative, an organisation dedicated to inspiring individuals to fulfil their creative potential.
